Task you will be responsible for daily: Accurately input data from various sources into our database and other data management systems following established procedures. Verify and cross-reference data for accuracy and completeness to maintain high-quality data records. Assist in identifying and correcting errors or inconsistencies in the data to ensure data integrity. Regularly update and maintain data records, making sure that they are up-to-date and reflective of current information. Organize and manage electronic and physical data files efficiently for easy retrieval and access. Provide support to the data analysis team by preparing clean and organized datasets for further analysis. Generate reports based on the entered data as required by the organization or specific departments. Ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive data and adhere to data protection policies. Requirements: Undergrad degree in any field, preferably in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficient typing speed with excellent accuracy. Ability to manage time effectively and meet data entry deadlines. Good organizational skills to handle large volumes of data and maintain proper file management. Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and seek clarification when needed.
