We're looking at the next phase of Tabby's marketplace to be more dynamic, personalized and styled with not only brands, but hundreds of thousands of products from our partner stores. Fashion, beauty, luxury are the major categories of focus, along with a variety of other product categories from electronics to insurance. We expect you to provide the best experience for the customers that covers both discovery and usability shopping scenarios. You'll be working in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment with the following responsibilities: You will be responsible for the shopping experience of the marketplace; Your goal is to maximize the marketplace revenue by optimizing conversion of Tabby app user traffic. You will own such important parts of the Tabby app like Homescreen, Merchant screen, Product screen and new features like wishlist, price comparison and the others that increase customer retention. We expect that you: Have 2+ years of experience in B2C product management. Set transparent goals based on value to the business and customers. Gather product requirements, define functionality, and create a prioritized roadmap. Apply product analytics skills, conduct A/B tests, and make decisions based on results. Generate new ideas and research market best practices for product implementation. Work independently in your cross-functional team and lead the product to success. Clearly articulate your vision and decision-making process within a team and stakeholders.
