As we continue to grow, we are adding a support contractor to work a Saturday-Tuesday schedule, to help cover increased customer needs. We're looking for a smart and motivated Support Coordinator who can: 1. Help customers succeed with Topaz Labs photo and video applications through answering questions, screenshares, and video snippets. 2. Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience. This is a true cross-functional role that will give you a masterclass in how a world-class team builds a high-growth tech product. Depending on how well you do, there are opportunities for contract-to-hire for those already in or willing to relocate to Dallas, Texas.
