Maintain inventory levels of office supplies, snacks, and beverages Stock and organize snacks and beverages in the designated areas Clean and maintain coffee and drink stations on a daily basis Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for reordering Receive and organize deliveries of office supplies and snacks Keep the workplace clean and organized Assist in other tasks as assigned by Workplace Management .High School Diploma or equivalent Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize Attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.Previous experience in inventory management or similar role Willingness to support the workplace experience team during after hour company events
