Job Description

The Role We’re looking for a growth-minded Marketing Automation Specialist to help us achieve our goal of transforming the healthcare industry in Australia through beautiful software, new ways of interacting with your doctor and using AI to improve diagnoses! You’ll join our newly founded growth team, reporting directly to the Head of Growth and working closely alongside marketing and design. What you’ll do: Creatively planning out user journeys for a suite of new healthtech AI enabled products and services (paying close attention to the customer experience) Working closely with the Head of Growth to implement, execute and iterate engagement and retention strategies across our owned-channels (email, push notifications, in-app messages and SMS) using our CEP (Customer Engagement Platform, Braze). Working closely with our marketing and design teams to implement world-class designs and smart messaging tactics for maximum adoption of our products. Setting up transactional and marketing messaging campaigns that have real impact on people’s lives Targeting different audience groups across GPs, Admin staff and patients, with a high level of personalisation for the clinic each user belongs to, the GP they are seeing, the appointment type, time and location. Proactively define new, creative ways we can have 1:1 conversations with our loyal customers (think behaviour based campaign triggers, capturing new data points/sources, running lean A/B test etc) What we’ll look for: 2+ years experience executing on CRM/CEP platforms, (use of a CEP like Braze/Iterable being highly favourable) Self-motivated learner who wants to create really cool automations on a world leading customer engagement platform Experience in customer journey mapping, audience segmentation and automation journey design and development. Understands how data can be connected from platform to platform (e.g. via APIs or SDKs) and can interpret data architecture diagrams Intermediate to advanced capabilities using personalisation in messaging. Strong understanding of email builders, In-App Messages, Push Notifications, SMS, Webhooks, audience segmentation and user journey messaging logic. 2+ years experience developing and optimising marketing automation campaigns through the delivery of multichannel journeys and customer data management. Excellent organisational skills and great attention to detail Additional experience (bonus points): End-to-end campaign execution, including campaign logic builds (email, SMS, push, in-app, and web channels), QA, audience segmentation and growth-marketing best practice deployment within Braze. Understanding of tracked links, virality strategies, best practices for marketing automation engagement as well as technical implementation e.g. IP warming. Understanding of HTML Managing marketing data integrity including cleansing, list management and custom attribute & event taxonomy. Has worked with Data, Engineering and IT teams to brief in projects such as: setting up new data capture pipelines, pulling rich analytics from internal tools, developing API endpoints, migrating data from one system to another What do we believe in 🙉?
