DATA ENTRY OFFICER (TEMPORARY) but potential to be permanent XERO EXPERIENCE Preferred POLICE CHECK, WWCC and NDIS Check - REQUIRED PT or FT hours - min 25 hours per week Potential 9.30-2.30pm x5 working days ONLY in office role POLISH SPEAKING CANDIDATES ONLY $41-42 PH + Super Adelaide CBD location We are looking for a Data Entry Officer with a great attention to detail to work with one of our clients! Potential of a permanent position! POLICE CHECK, WWCC and NDIS Check - REQUIRED XERO EXPERIENCE preferred PT or FT hours - min 25 hours per week Potential 9.30-2.30pm x5 working days ONLY in office role POLISH SPEAKING CANDIDATES ONLY $41-42 PH + Super Adelaide CBD location This temporary position is responsible to the General Manager, Treasurer and President in ensuring the accurate DATA ENTRY OF OFFICE RECORDS are processed in a timely manner to support EOFY and Audit processes. Clients Position Responsibilities: Coordinating client services and service bookings. Responding to client service requests in a timely manner and informing them of the outcome. Rescheduling of services due to client cancellation or unexpected staffing changes. Liaising with clients to resolve queries including expenditure, contracting or allowable services. Explaining HCP budgets including government subsidies and fees and how they apply to the client's package. Explaining contracting arrangements, service approvals and invoicing to clients and coordinating and implementing requested services. Assisting clients to understand HCP pricing changes, HCP Guidelines activities and purchases inclusions and exclusions. To perform duties in a manner which supports the philosophy, work practices, Charter of Aged Care Rights and enables the clients to live with dignity and achieve their social goals. Skills And Experience Demonstrated experience in a similar service delivery role, preferably in a community setting within aged care or disability industry, is highly desirable. High-level commitment to upholding quality service and professional standards. High level of administration and IT skills including Excel and XERO Interested? Please make sure to apply!
