A24 is looking for a part-time intern to support the Grassroots Marketing & Publicity team for the Fall 23/24 semester -- must be available 2 days a week, up to 15 hours with a October 2, 2023 start date. Responsibilities The grassroots marketing and PR team works to create a groundswell of support for A24’s film and television projects. This intern will support the Grassroots and Publicity Team in all aspects of their job including: Research for films and TV shows, assisting with worldbuilding prep Compile and track press and grassroots breaks, reviews, and reactions. Update and maintain documents including, but not limited to; grassroots grid, publicity & grassroots status, and more. Assist with tracking and updating RSVP lists for screenings Compile and track grassroots social posts and screenshots/video pulldowns. Qualifications A love of films and a curiosity about Public Relations and Grassroots Campaigns Motivated self-starter skilled in multitasking, communication, time management and strong organizational skills Culturally literate, engaged with a knack for research Comfortable with written and verbal communication via phone, Slack, gchat, etc. Reliable and proactive Extreme attention to detail Personable, social, and enthusiastic Humble, diligent and resourceful We are looking for diverse perspectives.
