Lead as a qualified Responsible Person, unlocking outstanding growth opportunities. Balancing block and split shifts for a harmonious work-life equilibrium. Mentor and guide a team of passionate educators, shaping the leaders of tomorrow. Implement an engaging educational program that sparks creativity and critical thinking. Engaging with children while managing administrative duties. Foster meaningful connections and rapport with the community. The roster: Split Shifts BSC: 6.30 am - 10 am & ASC: 1:30 pm - 6 pm. In your position, you will create a culture, adopt strategies, and take action to promote child wellbeing and prevent harm to children and young people. Requirement Valid Paid NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC). Vaccination (double Vaccinated) or approved Medical Exemption. Proven leadership, 1-year minimum experience of working with School age Children or in Early Childhood Education and Care.
