Full time flexible home based challenging and interesting work Working with ground breaking software Be part of an international team supporting our ANZ clients Virtual Recall (a Zoetis company) develop, install and support software to automate routine client communications in veterinary clinics through out Australia and New Zealand. Working from home, you will be part of a team installing and configuring our software (remotely), providing support and troubleshooting where the need arises. To fulfill these duties you would: Be available to work from home c 38 hours per week. As this role covers WA to New Zealand, occasional early morning/early evening sessions may be required. Have excellent IT skills including some SQL and HTML knowledge A sound knowledge of Windows OS Have your own computer and broad band internet capable of supporting video conferencing Be able to work uninterrupted Have a good eye for detail and enjoy problem solving Be approachable, outgoing and have a customer service focus Occasionally be available out of normal hours to participate in international conference calls (our HQ is based in the UK) Have an interest in veterinary practice administration - ideally having gained experience from a clinical or administrative role In return we offer competitive hourly based rates commensurate with your skills and abilities.
