Job Description Reporting to the Director of Procurement – Outside Purchased Products, working at our Burlington, Ontario office, the Commodity Manager – Outside Purchased Products role is designed for the procurement professional with a strategic vision to implement broad organizational goals within the concept of Total Cost of Ownership while operating across multiple product lines and distribution points. Under limited direction this position is responsible for leading the planning and execution of key procurement strategies, primarily focused on finished goods for retail and aftermarket through both companies owned distribution as well as direct sales to customers. This position will work closely with cross functional teams including Product Management, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and of course supplier partners. This position is responsible for targeting the best total cost of products in specified commodities, providing leadership in supplier management, project management, the consolidation of suppliers and processes, cultivating supplier relationships, issue resolution and managing service level agreements.
