Our Canadian client is an industry leader in the design and manufacture of engineered systems, and they are looking for a Service Coordinator to support their Langley branch, reporting to the Branch Manager. If you are looking for a career, not just a job, then we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Include Coordinate and schedule service jobs for field technicians. Assign jobs to service technicians. Review customer requirements and determine the priority status of requests. Source parts and equipment in collaboration with buying groups and suppliers. Build sustainable customer relationships and trust with customer accounts. Prepare service quotes for equipment service. Ensure the work is performed in a safe manner according to HSE guidelines. Support other departments within the branch. Provide outstanding customer service. Participate in training programs as required. Requirements Previous experience in HVAC, heating, ventilation industry, retail sales or technical related field would be well regarded. A trade of technical designation, CET, or RET certification would be an asset. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Good problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision. Strong work ethic and positive team attitude. What Is Offered Comfortable daytime shift, Mon-Fri, 7:30 – 4:00 pm.
