Job Description

The role Technical Project Manager is a dynamic role in which you’ll be working closely with clients as well as managing and resourcing our internal and external development teams to build industry leading web, touch, mobile and voice solutions. You will be working with multiple teams in both agile and waterfall environments and will be responsible for leading technical projects from inception to delivery, working with a team of high calibre technical individuals predominantly on the Microsoft development stack. What you’ll do Manage highly contemporary digital design and technology solutions Work with clients through effective project initiation and set-up Produce clear and timely project progress reports, schedules, budgets, plans and documentation Set up and maintain the project in Synergist (our production management software) Support the planning team to gather and shape project requirements and specifications Set up and maintain product backlogs on behalf of clients using Microsoft DevOps Produce technical architectures, data flows, functional and technical specifications, user stories, test cases and acceptance criteria Work with designers and developers to scope and estimate product requirements Manage project teams end to end on a project to deliver complete solutions on brief, schedule, and budget Plan, manage and direct effective project UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and Quality Assurance Produce and manage multiple projects simultaneously Your skills and experience Excellent written and verbal communication 4+ years as a project manager in a digital agency or software company delivering complex technical projects (Azure and Microsoft stack preferable) Experience of delivering web or mobile solutions Experience of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies Risk and change management Confidence managing multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complete solutions on brief, schedule, and budget Nice to have 3+ years software development experience (Azure and Microsoft stack preferable) Experience of planning and facilitating workshops Requirements gathering, analysis and scoping skills Business Analysis experience Product backlog creation, management, and maintenance experience
