Our client are a privately owned entrepreneurial business who operate across multiple countries. Due to ongoing expansion they are now looking for a Sales / Commercial Director to co-ordinate and manage all sales operations for the UK and Ireland. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a pro-active sales strategy to optimise sales, extend the customer base, improve market penetration and drive profitability. Leading a team of around 10 people you will set clear objectives and coach and mentor to ensure high performance throughout. You will be personally responsible for negotiating key contracts and will need excellent client management skills.
