Working closely with the Head of Partner Marketing to manage the strategic planning of wholesale (UK/EU) and Retail marketing activations. Plan and execute 360 campaigns across Key Wholesale Accounts with a focus on building brand awareness in store through engaging pop up displays and windows. Be the first point of contact for the Sales teams, developing and managing relationships with key stakeholders to understand commercial/trading decisions and issues and support where necessary with the ‘Go to Market Plans’ as well as reactive activations. Work collaboratively with Product, Brand & Commercial teams to align on the brand, trade & product focuses in order to develop and build out the Global Commercial Marketing Calendar. Manage the individual partner budgets in line with the Sales P&L working closely with the Sales team on forecasting in line with the seasonal order books. Act as brand guardian ensuring all Wholesale Accounts and Mall Partners have updated seasonal imagery across all channels ensuring communication of the updated asset bank. Working collaboratively with the Product and Commercial teams to own and deliver the creation of the ‘Sell- in-Tools’ 1) Range Directories and 2) The marketing elements of the Sell in/Pitch decks for Key Account appointments. Manage the in-store promotional calendar for Westfield and seasonal POS/store refresh briefing process. Work with the Sales teams to build out toolkits for Staff Incentives, In-Store events etc. Create seasonal/monthly ROI documents for all Wholesale marketing activities, reviewing & taking key learnings to make better & informed decisions moving forward. Manage the Trade Marketing Assistant.
