Job Description

2-3 years of sales experience in a B2B SaaS role Minimum Annual Contract Value between $10,000 and $25,000 in previous role Team-oriented and self-motivated A solution-oriented sales professional who is client-focused Preferred experience in the CRE industry Be a Altus product expert by understanding and articulating the value in our web application to our prospective customers Be an industry knowledge expert by proactively understanding trends in the market by reading various CRE publications - Bisnow, Commercial Observer, The Real Deal, etc. Embody the Altus core values with customers and colleagues and be a positive influence on peers and teammates. Meaningfully contribute quality, recurring revenue to Altus by exceeding individual sales targets and company goals. Foster strong client relationships in a consultative sales environment from C-Level down within a prospective mid-market organization. Develop and execute outbound strategies to inform prospects of how and why Altus is valuable to them with all of our product offerings. Partner closely with the SDR team to generate new opportunities through both inbound and outbound channels Partner with appropriate team members to ensure proper selling of all product offerings - web application or data
