Job Description

Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; You are detail oriented with strong organizational skill, and the ability to prioritize. The ability to work in a fast past, deadline driven environment Familiarity with general office equipment (phone system, photocopying, faxing, scanning, etc.) You are self motivated, a problem solver, and a reliable team player. Excellent oral and written communication skills Organize client deliverable schedules: includes requesting appraisal bids, maintaining various scheduling calendars, coordinating invoicing of third-party appraisals, maintaining client billing files and other various tasks to facilitate quarterly workflow. Learn and maintain a working knowledge of our internal systems including Argus ValueInsight and DataBridge. Download data out of database systems and Argus cash flow models and learn to spot check certain key data points. Ordering supplies, branded stationary, or other items for marketing or business development team Assist with invoicing clients Meeting and event research and planning such as quarterly team events Support staff in updating quarterly client reports.
