Job Description

Experience within the CRE industry is preferred, but not required Intermediate in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; Detail oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to work in a fast past, deadline driven environment Excellent time management skills Familiarity with General Office Equipment (phone system, photocopying, faxing, scanning, etc.) Motivated, conscientious, & highly organized individual Problem solver who can effectively prioritize to manage deadlines and can work collaboratively with multiple departments Excellent oral and written communication skills Able to work both individually and within a team environment Strong sense of integrity and accountability Client Support Tasks: Includes tracking new asset onboarding from client population, maintaining quarterly client calendar/schedule, updating sales comparable databases, and corresponding with account leads to ensure timely status update. Process Tracking: Maintain working knowledge of internal ARGUS ValueInsight (“AVI”) and DataBridge (“DB”) systems for uploading and downloading source documents and scheduling assets/records within AVI. File Management: Updating and maintain files regarding office workload management. Data Extraction: Assisting in sourcing relevant data points from client source documents utilized by team as part of quarterly DataBridge analysis. Help keep track of the status of each fund’s extraction process. Survey Management: Weekly monitoring and organizing of various third party market surveys such as Real Estate Alert, Commercial Mortgage Alert, Bellwether, Cushman, etc. Sourcing relevant data points from surveys and communicating these files to the West Coast team. Invoicing: Assist in the quarterly invoicing process for all clients and assisting with accounts spread out to multiple teams. Time Management: Tracking of hours and assistance with company systems. Provide weekly reports to help management assess workload distribution. Team Management: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires at Altus Group. Meeting and event research and planning (such as Altus Cares, office/team holiday party, quarterly team events) Altus Group is currently looking for a new Client Support Analyst to join our Irvine office. We are looking for someone with excellent organizational skills, including high attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing assignments to meet deadlines under pressure. In this role you will be responsible for the collection, organization, scanning, and accurate input of data into team files and company systems, as well as help provide day-to-day administrative office support.
