Job Description

2-3 years of sales experience in a B2B SaaS role Minimum ACV between $10,000 and $25,000 in previous role Polished professional who is team-oriented and self-motivated A solution-oriented sales professional who is client-focused Preferred experience in the CRE industry, not essential. Quick Learner: Someone who embodies the skills of being a strategic thinker and a good listener and applies them to picking up new things quickly. Coachable: Open to asking for and receiving feedback, looking inward at how you can move forward, and being interested in growth. You don't take things personally or as a criticism, instead you see it as an opportunity. Curious: A deep desire to be curious not only about your prospects and their business, but commercial real estate and the product in general. Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to understand your audience. Utilize cross-department collaboration to improve the quality of relationships with those accounts. Strategic Thinker: Proactive and work creatively to strategically solve problems and find opportunities and leads to expand the business. Team Player: Ability to work with team members and cross-functionally, with a willingness to jump in and help propel Altus as a company forward in addition to individual KPI’s. Know when to get support, both internally and cross-functionally. Customer-Centric: Create a positive experience for our clients by educating them on our products and services. Organized: Come prepared to articulate your business clearly in team meetings and 1:1’s. Keep pipeline and opportunity notes up to date in the company CRM. Detail Oriented: Make a continuous effort to pay close attention to the details and the tasks at hand to avoid “dropping the ball” with customers and colleagues. Results-driven: Focus on results and hitting goals by driving quality revenue for the organization.
