Job Description

You have a previous experience in fleet administration. You are accurate, well-organized, and can prioritize tasks. You are detail-oriented. You have a sense of service towards employees. You have good communication skills in Dutch and English. You like to work independently. Act as the key point of contact for all company car and mobility budget-related matters. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the fleet. Inform employees of the car policy and sustainable mobility options within the mobility budget. Manage incoming emails and handle questions and reactions from employees efficiently. Update fleet data and administration. Hand over company cars to drivers and follow up on its return (check for cleanliness, damage, etc). Monitor the order process and delivery of new cars, check invoices. Report on the fleet.
