A Project Manager is responsible for driving moderately complex projects and/or components/phases of larger, more complex projects. Accountable for delivering projects on time, within budget, and within scope. Leads and coordinate cross-functional, cross-departmental, cross-company teams that are responsible for all aspects of a project, from initiation to closure. Could be technical or non-technical.-You are responsible for driving progress of your assigned work. You don’t need to be an expert but you need to know who to pull into meetings, prep your internal stakeholders so they understand the expectation has in a discussion. State objective of every meeting you schedule and agenda topics to be covered.
