You will work with cross-functional internal stakeholders to analyze, document, communicate, and operate Cybersecurity tools and technologies. Investigate security events and alerts. You will triage, investigate, and monitor security events and logs. Working closely with your global peers to identify threats, contain and respond to security events and alerts. Be a Cybersecurity champion. You will be available for internal users and other IT functions as a Cybersecurity point of contact. Work closely with end users to resolve issues and answer questions. You will troubleshoot issues with our Cybersecurity tools and work closely with either our technical SMEs, or software vendors. You will engage with the rest of the Information Security team regarding incident responses, ongoing investigations, malicious email analysis, security breaches, malicious software infections, and case management with use of ServiceNow.
