Deliver online training sessions in a virtual lab. Facilitate standard training at training facilities, client sites, and Altus offices. Troubleshoot questions, issues, and complex modeling scenarios within the ARGUS suite of products Develop and maintain an expert level of knowledge of ARGUS products and services Learn financial and commercial real estate concepts Apply relevant training principals and best practice techniques for online environment / platform Provide troubleshooting during class of virtual training environment Present training content in multiple media formats to the customers Present training material in an understandable, engaging manner Assisting with various short-term projects, such as conferences Assist in creating custom training agendas for clients and users that best fit their specific, individual needs Partner with key internal stakeholders, such as SMEs and consultants to determine, develop, and deliver highest quality & meaningful product training to customers, partners and employees. This includes: Provide feedback received during training sessions to the instructional design team to support the development of instructional materials and delivery methods for training courses Proofing training materials Assisting with various projects. Keep current with emerging training and learning best practices and methods Facilitate university training sessions on weekends virtually and onsite Willingness to travel up to 80%
