10+ years of game development experience, 5+ years of engineering department leadership Shipped one or more AAA title(s) with a Lead or Director credit Deep understanding of the Unreal Engine, with at least one title shipped on it Able to translate broad product and business goals into sound technical solutions Able to operate at multiple abstraction levels, from high level discussions with non-technical customers to understanding and assisting with deep tech challenges Comfort collaborating with a team of leads in all aspects of the creative and technical process.
